Shipping & Returns

Order Confirmation

Before we ship, we'll send you a Whatsapp message to confirm. Once you reply, we ship it afterwards. If we don't hear back, unfortunately we won't be able to ship, so keep an eye out for our message. Delivery orders are delivered within 2–3 business days from the moment they ship.

Try it first

We want you to love what you receive. When your order arrives, try it on before the courier leaves. If it's not right, you can hand it back on the spot. Shipping fees are covered by the customer.

Exchanges

Want to exchange sizes? No need to send it back, just contact us and we'll arrange a courier to swap it for the right one. Shipping fees are covered by the customer.

Returns

If something isn't working out, you have 2 days from delivery to reach out and we'll arrange a courier to collect it. Items must be unworn beyond trying on, unwashed, and in their original packaging, bag, card, and any extra packaging included. Shipping fees are covered by the customer.
