Return and Exchange policy (no exceptions):

• Packages cannot be opened on delivery.

• You can still request a return or exchange within 48 hours of delivery.

• Return and exchange fees are paid by the customer.

These include:

• The shipping fee (based on your zone) for the courier to come again (to collect a return or to collect and deliver the exchange)

• + 11 EGP for returns or 18 EGP for exchanges

• In case of a return, your refund will be processed via InstaPay after we receive the package and confirm it’s in good condition.

• The shipping cost + 11 EGP return fee will be deducted from your total refund — you do not pay anything to the courier
